Therapist created a pleasant environment while having my lashes done. Unfortunately, after being very clear with regards to what I wanted and how I wanted them done (specific style, length and pattern - even showed a pic of how I have had them done previously), this was disregarded. I asked for natural classic lashes but received volumes that were in no way natural. The volumes were too heavy on my natural lashes; I had them removed that day in fear of them damaging my natural lashes.

Thank you so much Rosanna! Very talented and thorough. My eyebrows have never looked better. Very gentle so threading of my eyebrows, lips and chin was not painful at all. I’d recommend a million times!
