There was a few things they could of improved on like the salon itself perhaps a little redecorating but Izzy was great with me and was very accommodating!

Treatment was good....because of disagreement by owner on booking dispute through no fault on my behalf but as per advertised offer on treatwell...was badly managed.

Treatment times were shorter than what I prepaid for and felt they were rushed. Salon is basic and functional and treatment room for facial was very cold. Facilities and products are not the best quality - both for facial and pedicure. Technique of treatments is not refined compared with other salons I have visited. Staff are friendly and professional but really didn’t feel I got value for money. Very overpriced for what you receive.
