Friendly & Very Accommodating! I had a nice experience at Hers & Sirs. I was late for the treatment and the therapist was extremely accommodating and found away for me to have my waxing treatment. She was very friendly and supportive throughout the process. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars is that I was disappointed with my Hollywood waxing because there were quite a few hairs left especially further down and I am used to having everything remove for a Hollywood. Thank you
