The staff here are absolutely lovely! Clare made me feel so at ease and relaxed. The receptionist was also very friendly! The only reason I’m not giving 5* is for the fact I had a slight reaction to the wax - but only because my skin is EXTREMELY sensitive! I’m sure anyone with normal skin would be not have a problem. Clare was very quick and thorough and removed all visible hair - would definitely return.
