It was a normal experience (7/10). Definitely, this has been the less painful wax I have had. Ironically, it left my skin quite irritated for more than 24 hours. It's the first time the irritation lasts for longer than a day, I'm not sure if that was caused by their technique or my own body's response to it. I still have some hairs left that I'll remove with tweezers. This was my personal experience, I'm sure others may find it more satisfactory. I'm not convinced of going back.
