I have only complain about my Hollywood waxing as after I manage to have a proper inspection at home I discover that I still have quite few hairs which were long enough to be removed by waxing. I tried to call few times to complain about it but unfortunately nobody answered the phone.

The most painless wax ever. Obviously if its your first ever wax it will hurt as your hairs aren't used to it, but once they are the wax they use is painless compared to other salons and they are so quick as well!
