This was my 1st time at Hers & Sirs. I paid almost double the price as I was late, but I didn't receive the Hollywood sugaring wax I'd booked- I was given a hot wax with strips. I always have sugaring without strips as it's less painful for intimate areas. I didn't say anything at the time as I was flustered from rushing to the appt and the wax itself was over in <10 minutes. I wouldn't have minded if the wax was still thorough, but lots of hairs were left which I had to remove myself at home.
