I waited 35 minutes for my appointment and was then finally told that I’d been double booked. I had paid in full in advance which wasn’t refunded as they didn’t know how to refund on treatwell so I lost out on the money. Incredibly poor customer service

The wax was not hot enough
This led to damaging my skin. It was also painful experience compared to my last time there. also i felt the staff was not much experienced
