Very disappointed. The acupuncturist actually forgot to remove 2 needles from me.one on my forehead, one on my foot. I did removed it on my own. She didn't disinfect the places where the needles were, so I got little swallowing on my forehead. Not sure if it's because the needle was on wrong place, or I got infection afterwards. A bit noisy. I won't go back.
A dark dingy massage room. The masseur could not even walk round the bed. No gown to put on just a towel that hardly covered your body and absolutely no conversation between us. Everywhere else I have been, I have been asked to fill in a form regarding illnesses medication etc. Not a single question asked. If this is the standard of treatwell I am very disappointed . I did not think it that clean either and I will not return.
Great service
Bonie, the lady that gave me the massage was wonderful. Will go there again. Katya
As I came through the door, hoovering was happening. Fine, it has to happen sometime, so why not then. The lady hoovering then started serving me, without even bothering to switching it off. Made for a difficult welcome. Turns out this lady was the person to take me into a room for a consultation. I had said I had sought out the place for acupuncture to release muscle tension in a leg affected by another issue, to mobilise the knee to start doing exercises. She took my pulse and asked to see my tongue. Went on to tell me I would probably benefit from starting to exercise and lose weight. She said I needed to come in twice a week for half an hour of massage and half an hour of acupuncture. They could also give me some tablets and tea to help me lose weight. And it would only be £65 a pop. I had only asked for £45 worth of acupuncture to get me onto that road. Incredibly rude and unpleasant. I know I need to lose weight and to do exercise...if she had bothered to talk to me and maybe listen to what I was there for, she could have known. If the acupuncture I had worked, I will not be going back there for more, luckily there are many other places around!
