The communication wasn’t great, they immediately tried me to get my to pay extra for body acupuncture and didn’t ask me about my concerns. I told them I’d been having headaches as I lay down and she just said ‘oh well body acupuncture is better’. It was all a bit unnerving as I hadn’t had it before. The facial massage was really good however.

Herbal World was very thorough and offered me a free consultation before my acupuncture to talk about what it would do and for their understanding to help me. Thoroughly recommend it and had the best massage too!
