The salon itself is accommodating and cute in a way that it's not got the modern white-washed appearance. It was clean and humble. The massage room was very cosy and smelled amazing. The lights were dimmed and candles lit for my arrival.
I received a back massage, head massage and a deep cleansing facial. My skin is dry and prone to breakouts and the beautician noticed that immediately and customised my facial for said issues. She was extremely friendly and professional.
Much care was taken to give me the experience I wanted, and they went above and beyond to provide it.

I had an amazing deep pore facial and back massage. The therapist was very good and my skin looks so much better

Very accommodating and good massage, but have to remove a few stars due to cleanliness of room (there was a lot of hair on the floor) and lack of atmosphere - music would have helped to make it more relaxed, some candles, incense etc and generally clean up of the massage room.
