As the music does not change it can make one irritable and so takes away the relaxation aspect of whilst you are waiting. A warm pot of relaxing tea would be a better treat than a bottle of water as it makes you feel cared for and ready for your treatment. The products for sale that I buy elsewhere and aware of the price were 3 times more expensive here! Which they are shooting themselves in the foot as it makes one feel the rest of the products can be too heavily marked up so they will not make money in this area which is a shame! As I would like them to make as much business as possible as they are true professionals at what they do.
