Rachel was really nice and professional, there is consultation beforehand so make sure you let them know which areas to target. Would have given 5 stars but even though I mentioned a knot in my neck I felt like it wasn’t given enough attention. Also quite hard to reach if you don’t have a car. Otherwise great value for money.
