Went for a massage early in the morning so it was a very quiet and calm atmosphere. Really like the Infrared Light Heat Lamp they use and the smell of the oils. Staff are really attentive to your needs and offer good aftercare advice.

Great massage, very relaxing. Best to go midweek as it's very quiet and they have good offers. I love the herbal footbaths here as an extra.

It was my first massage experience so I was a little unsure of what to expect. The staff were warm and friendly and very welcoming, Daphne is amazing and very professional, she asked lots of questions about my aches and pains before starting and even suggested I ate and drank a little before my massage as I had not had lunch, she soon returned with some crackers and tea. All in all a very nice and relaxing experience, I will be returning.
