The beauty salon is at the back of a nail salon which you have you walk through so don't be out off if it isn't obvious from the road. Treatment was no nonsense and efficient although I think she could have been a bit more attentive to make sure the sugar wasn't too hot especially on areas needing a second go as they were already tender. It would have been a good idea for her to trim some of my longer hair to make it easier and quicker to deal with which has been my experience at other salons.

I would not recommend, I went in for a sugar wax, which she heated up in the microwave? she then could not make it work and blamed my hair, which is interesting as if you do sugar waxing you should know how to provide the service. She then went on to use hot wax, which i did agree to, but i had no other choice as she could not get the sugar wax off. This was annoying as i get reactions to hot wax. Hot was was much quicker, but she was doing massive parts in one go. Also blew the hot wax to cool

I booked a lash extension removal, which was a service listed on their website and after 40 minutes, they weren’t able to remove them. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing and almost expected me to make decisions on what we should do.
Despite the treatment being unsuccessful, I was still charged (though slightly less).
I can’t speak to other services as this was the only thing I’ve got done, but I won’t be back
