The room was quite small and there were a few midges flying around, which detracted from the experience. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Booked Hybrid lashes with bottom lashes for Halloween. The tech kept changing if she could do bottom lashes, moved my appointment Monday-Wednesday -Thursday- Friday, and deliveries were missing or wrong. Thursday she stopped after 40 mins because glue “wasn’t working.” They refused to refund the full amount due to a ‘Treatwell fee’, and I only got my money after insisting. After two visits, hours waiting, and constant rescheduling, I got no lashes and missed Halloween.
