She was really nice and tried, but did not know how to do a deep tissue massage. I specifically booked the Deep tissue as needed it. They need to remove it from the type of massages offered if they don’t actually provide one… I wasted £75 and 1.5h of my day. So if you are looking for a massage it is fine, but do not book a deep tissue massage… Ambiance would have been better even simply by dimming the lights and having some gentle music in the background. Small detail that makes a difference

8 yra of wax - never such a terrible experience. 1. Booked hot wax. Started with strip wax without warning. 2. Booked Brazilian, confirmed it on arrival, but went straight for hollywood. 3. switched to strip wax for the back again?? 4. lots hair left

It’s part of a nail salon so very strong smell everywhere. My hour booking was almost 15 mins less. The tiny massage room wasn’t very clean and there was no relaxing music there, so you have to listen to the nail salons pop music. If you find that relaxing it’s your place tho.
