Pressure to buy more treatments constantly, despite saying no. This happened throughout my treatment and really, really irritated me. Crappy, tiny, basic cubicle room, with curtain dividers-think A &E and you are there. The room had a bad ambience, bare, cold and was basically in the reception area. Therefore the massage was constantly disrupted by the phone ringing shrilly, and halfway through the treatment my therapist went off to answer it!! Relaxing? Errmm no. The woman used Johnson’s baby-oil as if we were at a brothel...wow...who knows what was round the back... Treatment was average. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
