I had a different stylist what I booked, but agreed to them filming a before/after, & also to the blow dry he suggested (believing it was to get the ‘after’ shot, as a rough dry isn’t so photogenic/ language barrier) Previously a basic blow dry has been inc. as part of the service I usually book) There was no mention of any additional cost. At the end I clarified I had prepaid, but was told it would be an extra £30 on top for the blow dry. I felt pressured and so paid doubl
