Friendly staff but they were too familiar and chatty with each other and discussed topics that were not PC.
Salon could be cleaner.

Although I never got the person I booked to have, my hair was done by a lovely young man who gave a wonderful relaxing head message. My hair felt and looked great. My only complaint is that the salon was not open in time for my 10am appointment so I was left outside in the cold.
