The experience was great from start to finish. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, I was offered a beverage at least twice and Olivia was super professional, efficient and charming! I intend to visit again in the near future.

Fabulous service received from Prince (the hair stylist) and reception staff. They kept to the appointment time, offered and provided beverages and made me feel welcome from beginning to end. My hair looks fab! Thank you so much- I will be back!!

This was my first visit to Her Definition and it was a lovely experience. I received a hair wash and protein treatment and then my leave-out weave was installed by Prince. I’m extremely happy with the way Prince managed my hair and styled the weave. I will definitely be visiting again, even though I live over an hour away in Kent!
