Great experience with Afro Caribbean hair. Stylist are enthusiastic, experienced and use up to date techniques and natural alternatives. All hair types catered for. Atmosphere is welcoming and the ladies are charming. I especially love Heather scalp massage,de-stresses my tresses as well as my brain. Checkin system and all your hair history is to hand which makes booking explanations easy, and the stylist is well versed in your requirements. I travel from north London to be pampered!

Sharon was friendly, very polite, professional and she handled my hair well. She was attentive in listening to what I had to say about my care and issues that I had experienced and she responded accordingly. I was pleased with the overall experience. I'm glad to have found Her Definition and am looking forward to returning again to receive more quality hair care from Sharon.
