Heather's salon is a safe haven for anyone that is 'fussy' about their hair! She and her team are professional, friendly and experienced and go over and above to make sure you're happy with the results. I trust them with everything and have never been disappointed. I've been going for 1 year and will not go to another salon again.

This is the best hair salon in south london. Very professional, lovely atmosphere, I always leave feeling well taken care of, pampered and beautiful! Heather is an amazing stylist who will not let you leave until she is 100% satisfied that you are looking perfect ! I always look forward to my hair appointment!

I have been wanting to do faux locs for a long time. I first went to herdefinition to take out my weave and change the colour of my hair as my old hairdresser messed the colour up. Sharon and Heather gave me great advise on what treatment to do and how to restore my damaged hair. I then went back to do my locs a week later and honestly I am in love. Both Sharon and Heather are both amazing and so friendly and caring. I will be coming back and recommending them to my friends.

This was definitely the best surprise for 2020. I am just so happy to have found that place such an amazing atmosphere, friendly and professional girls.
