Her Definition are open and really I could not have asked for better service. The team are welcoming friendly, know and meet each clients needs, offering advice, suggestions and what they feel will work best for hair types. My Daugther and i now have our tresses, massaged, caressed, trimmed, cared for and now look superb. After a 5 months lockdown enforced hiatus I now look like me again :) Thank you

The ladies were really friendly and professional. I feel like they paid attention to what my hair needed and were very attentive to me, also.
Larone was very friendly throughout her time on my hair and was really easy to have a chat with. My hair felt lovely after my treatment and trim.
Heather was very kind and did her best to make sure I left happy.
