The only thing that bothered me was the lack of cleanliness: the seats were covered with stray hairs from previous clients/appointments and that is just gross if I’m expected to sit on that. I would have appreciated that they tidy up and/or vacuum between each client.

Staff were really friendly, Olivia was really nice and explained so much about the treatment and gave enough information on how to maintain it.
