This was my first time at the salon. I am so happy with my hair! I am alway apprehensive trying a new salon. But they fit me in for an appointment at short notice and my stylist Heather seemed to know exactly what to do with my hair. All the staff were very attentive and frequently checked on me regarding my comfort. I would definitely book again :)

As usual going to HerDefinition is amazing and I always feel welcomed there by staff members like Sharon, Heather, Olivia and Koreah. They are always professional and do a quick service for me, and are always very lovely to chat to!
