My last visit not so great. The lady washing my hair hit the side of my ear multiple times and my piercing got jammed which was painful but the stylist who ended up taking over managed to get it out,she was great. Also, she did not do a great job at simple blow drying task, I I have never seen anyone use the ‘technique’ she did it was very rough to say the least. From my experience she could not simply brush my hair she used force which made scream at one point. AlsoOver charged for the2ndtime.

I walked in feeling overwhelmed, unsure and stressed about my hair and walked out feeling relieved with a tidy, well done, manageable low maintenance hairstyle. I looked 10 times better once she was done and felt better.
