The consultation that I had before any treatment was thorough and considered. I was assured of the realistic outcomes of my new styling during the consultation. I was kept informed of what was being done to my hair at every stage and felt that I was being looked after. I really enjoyed my experience at Her Definition and will recommend there to my friends and family.

Initial appt was rescheduled bc I did patch test 24hrs before the appt; Salon insisted it had to be done 48hrs prior. I sent in photo of the colour I wanted, I was told it would be a lot more expensive than what they had on for root colour and I agreed. On the day, I made it clear to my stylist I didn't want dark roots, my hair colour is 1B, stylist coloured hair dark brown, looked exactly as my hair was before treatment. There for 5hrs, spent £160, no cut, no trim, just gel, very disappointed
