Initial appt was rescheduled bc I did patch test 24hrs before the appt; Salon insisted it had to be done 48hrs prior. I sent in photo of the colour I wanted, I was told it would be a lot more expensive than what they had on for root colour and I agreed. On the day, I made it clear to my stylist I didn't want dark roots, my hair colour is 1B, stylist coloured hair dark brown, looked exactly as my hair was before treatment. There for 5hrs, spent £160, no cut, no trim, just gel, very disappointed

Rang the salon in a bit of a panic as my original hairdresser at another salon bailed on me. I was told I could come to the salon and was seen by Sonia straight away. She was very professional and straightened and styled my hair well and took great care during the process. It was reasonably priced and I would definitely go there again and recommend them to others.
