Atmosphere was calm and quiet. Steven did my nails and feet, he's very talented, my nails are exactly how I wanted them and he regularly checked that I was happy with everything. The only issue I had was that he was quite rough on my cuticles and made a few of them bleed by using his own nail to further press them and also cut my finger accidentally using the electric filer. I should have said something at the time but didn't. Jalpa was excellent with the threading. Overall happy
