The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere was great what stood out the most was the drinks and snacks they offer as you wait a nice touch to the experience. The therapist was lovely however I didn’t feel like it was deep tissue which was confusing giving the title of the massage. I asked her to apply deeper pressure but it didn’t feel any different, as someone who is active I was hoping for a more intense treatment, the treatment itself felt relaxing but sadly I don’t think I’ll go back.

Rutvi exudes warmth. She thoroughly entertained me with her conversation. I absolutely loved the paraffin masque and how moisturizing it was. I really want to give top marks for the manicure however, will need to give the overall experience 4 stars as there was some bleeding from my right index finger cuticle.
