Jyoti wasn’t available for my eyebrow waxing despite me specifically booking her. On arrival I was greeted by a few ladies and then taken into a beauty room to start my eyebrow waxing. I found the 2 ladies (I don’t know their name) to be very rude and unprofessional. Whilst I was lying down on the bed I had a lady walk in without even knocking, asking me to remove my shoes. There are more polite ways to explain this to a customer. Furthermore I didn’t expect 1 lady to be watching me by the door
