Raj was lovely & very friendly.
I booked for a balayage. I came out with anything but. Just full head of highlights. The hot water was managed by an app that didn't work. My hair was rinsed 3 x with freezing cold water. 🥶
The quote on treatwell was £100. Was charged £175. Wanted to not have olaplex was told it was put into hair dye . No cut included.
Shocking price for the service.
Also a male in the salon which was uncomfortable for a female only salon. (Private room was used)
