The staff were all lovely but unfortunately the procedures around cleanliness with my pedicure were not acceptable (foot files were taken ouf of a drawer and put straight back after use). The lady put a gel top coat on after normal polish when I asked for normal polish, then I had to explain why it wouldn't dry under a fan and the sticky layer needed to be wiped off. The gel top coat was all over my skin so the edges are already coming off and now I have to soak off the rest.
