I go to Hemaxi all the time for eyebrow threading and its usually great but I sometimes find that my eyebrows aren't quite equal afterwards and on this occasion too much hair was taken from one of my eyebrows

Really not a good haircut and quite a strange experience. the layers were done by scooping my hair up and just cutting across - in one cut. I questioned this at the time but didn't want to seem rude. My hair looks like a bowl was put on my head, and used as a template to cut around - really bad!
