The therapist was very nice, friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that some hair was still left after the treatment, so unfortunately I wouldn’t return.
I also think more privacy during the appointment would improve the experience — having something to cover up with and being left alone to get dressed afterwards would have been appreciated. Overall, lovely therapist but the service could be improved.
