Under new management, was expecting good things for £75. Nice technician knowledgeable and interesting so time went quickly. Sorry to have to leave a poor review but disappointed with “full” lashes. I was clear I wanted my eyelashes to look done, look more than mascara but what I got was a minimal amount lashes that look odd. With length but no fuller infill volume lashes it looks sparse. Even my hair stylist told me I should complain about overcharged so hoping this can be rectified or refunded
