Overall an ok facial. I like the products used however the therapist used gloves for sanitary reasons, and I feel like they pulled at my skin. When she applied eye cream she was swiping instead of patting it in, and I felt my skin was being pulled in a rough way. She did seem very knowledgeable though and was really lovely, I just didn't like the way the gloves didn't slip with enough product. I will still go back as it's very reasonably priced and they were very accommodating. I wish they offered a loyalty discount of some sort, it's a shame the don't.
