felt chaotic. She misunderstood what I wanted and did a full head of colour instead, which would be fine except my roots are red now!! Just the roots.. I wanted to darken my current balayage with a cold tone brown. She even said: oh my mistake, I did not add enough blue.. No toner or even heat protector used! Charged for the balayage and toner even though she did a full head of colour which is half the price.
Not going back even to fix it.
