This was my first appt at hello beauty and they spent the time having a consultation with me on what I was looking for. Very friendly and reassuring. Irina was thorough, very friendly and reassuring throughout. Would highly recommend this salon and Irina. The other member of staff there at the time was also very friendly and helped me decide on what colour to go for.
