I enjoyed my visit to the salon, everything is as you'd expect it to be. Unfortunately, the wax I had has grown much faster than I've ever experienced. Other waxes I've had have lasted easily 2/3 weeks and come back much finer and fewer hairs. After only a week (while I was on holiday) I had hairs growing back and lots of small ingrown hairs as well as 2 very big ones. Not very impressed.

I had my eye brows shaped and tinted. I was in and out in under 20mins and the waxing was very harsh. Both eyebrows were left very sore and red and still 10 days on I still have one small mark left. I haven't experienced red marks like that in years, it was like going back in time as you don't need to get sore and redness from hot wax treatments anymore. More care needs to be taken and I will not return or recommend this salon.

Lovely atmosphere. Superb customer service. Emily was great. She made me feel at east throughout the treatment. We were literally laughing through the pain lol. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
