Very disappointing this time. The receptionist did not take into account that I had to remove permanent gel before so there was not enough time left to do a proper manucure. They had to rush it and did not feel like a pampering experience at all.

I have been going to this place for a year. In the last two times I have had a really bad reaction to the waxing. The first time I felt it was the heat in the room or just my skin being over sensitive. However this time it was worse - my underarms are burning, skin has peeled off in several areas in my arms and i have a patch of blood clots on the side of my knee. I dont think I will go for wax again.
