This was my second visit to LAB after discovering it 8 weeks earlier. All staff are very friendly and make you feel special. I had a few treatments on this visit, as I was preparing to go on holiday, and so I was there for around 2 hours. I was asked several times if I wanted a drink and was asked during/after each treatment if I was happy with the result. LAB is a stylish looking salon, with great staff offering a wide range of treatments. I will definitely be back.

Easy to book, friendly staff, good treatment, good value. Had a problem with a previous treatment - issue dealt with quickly in a friendly manner by the manager and resolved - very good customer service. Very happy to recommend this salon to friends.
