This was my mother's 85th birthday present - she seems to have enjoyed the experience. her first ever facial! I had to change the appointment several times and at all times, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Thus the rating is on this alone as I have no other experience.

Absolutely top notch. I arrived without an appointment. I needed attention to my eyebrows and a full make-up including eyelashes. All the staff were friendly and professional. I would't hesitate to recommend them again.
