LAB is amazing! I phoned up a week before the appointment and told the girl that this would be a special day for my friend and me because she was moving abroad and it was our last day out together. The lady was so lovely about it and honest about what we would receive for what level of treatment. I would have loved to buy a classic pedicure but it was a bit pricey for us both so I went with the express, which was still really good! On arrival we received a warm welcome and they remembered me from our phone call. We got seated and some Prosecco got given to us and two lovely and friendly ladies introduced themselves. They did an excellent job and it was a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They really cared about our experience there, and I would highly recommend it! Thank you girls for such a lovely experience and making my last day with my best friend so special! I will certainly book you again!
