disappointing, poor service quality, worse i ever had in about 15 different places. she was rushing because she was booked too early next. had to get shellac removed 6 days later because so many chips and originally the polish wasn't done properly as there are bubbles. had to book soak off separately because i already had shellac on so I call them to tell that and they charged me full price, more than on the app...

Very disappointing service. the woman was rushing my appointment as she was booked too early next. had to tell the woman that she didn't file the nails straight, it was going up to the left on several nails. poor quality of the shellac/two week manicure as both side of each nails are messed up (bubbles and not even), the nail surfaces not even and first day, one chip and within the four first days, several other chip even tho I do an office job. had to go get it removed.

Really friendly staff, always feel welcome here, happy to return again! I think the price for Brazilian is a very large step from standard bikini but I am happy with results.
