It has been quite some time since I have returned to a hairdressers more than once, and quite often I have got home from a hairdressers just to wash it again because I don't like what they have done, but Sam seems to know what I am asking her to do before I do and I am very pleased with the outcome - I just wish that I was able to do it myself.
The only thing that could improve my visit would be if there was a basket of kittens there to tickle.

Ive tried a fair few waxes at various salons and this was one of the best. I was made to feel at ease and relaxed and everyone was pleasant. I was pleased with the results and I'll definitely go back.

There was a bit of confusion in the process- it was my first ever wax and I was told part was through that as I had bruised quite a lot I should of had a hot wax. I had booked for a hot wax and paid for it but this had not been seen on my booking. The girl was apologetic and gave me back the extra I had paid but I was bruised for 3 days afterwards.
