I had a Hollywood Hot wax and I have awarded 4 stars as this is a very friendly salon. Lovely staff member (didn't take her name). She made me feel very comfortable, and was easy to talk to. However the waxing was a little bit painful but the result is great

Great microdermabrasian facial at LAB as always and the head massage they do while you have your mask on is a lovely touch :-)
