I had booked in for eyebrow threading and tint, individual eyelash extensions and a pedicure. This was my first time here and I only came because my usual beautician was away. The therapist began by trying to tell me my eyebrows were uneven (when they weren't) after the treatment I looked in the mirror and they were SOO uneven and thin! Awful!!!! Eyelash extensions were NOT individual! More like clusters! They looked weird and I had to take them off after a few days. The pedicure was rubbish, hardly removed any of my hard skin .. And it was done in the reception area, I think they should use one of the treatment rooms for this as its not very private and abit awkward when someone's sitting next to you awaiting their treatment. Overall the staff were very pleasant but I wouldn't return.
