Have only discovered LAB fairly recently but really pleased to have found a reliable, reasonable salon (almost!) on my door step - always a warm welcome and nails done quickly and well. What's not to like?

Very apologetic about running slightly late even though this was not a problem. Listen to exactly what you want rather than assuming they already know which a lot of salons do. Relaxing environment and staff always very friendly.

I wasn't feeling very well and booked myself in for a last minute treatment (45 min lymph massage). The beauty therapist was lovely and made sure that I was comfortable during my treatment. The massage was gentle and relaxing, just what I needed!
I would definitely visit the salon again. It made me feel a lot better!
