I had eyebrow tinting, threading, top lip waxed and chin threaded. I was thoroughly pleased with the service Kerin gave me. She is a delight to see, nothing is to much trouble to her.

Excellent as always, love the ladies at LAB, they're great at their job. Shame there only seems to be one therapist working at the moment though. Less availability and things are over running a bit.

I always enjoy visiting LAB salon. The decor and ambience are lovely and relaxing, and the staff are always friendly and chatty. I go for a wax and having visited other salons, the wax at LAB is somehow always less painful and takes less time too. I used to get my arms waxed at another salon and it took around 45 minutes, but at LAB salon, I am in and out within 15 minutes top. I love visiting and will always return!

I can't comment on the treatment as I've been unable to get any. I have booked three appointments and let down each time. First double booked when a friend I were due to come in, second time someone felt ill, I then explained I'd been let down before then they could suddenly fit me in? Shouldn't you have tried to do that before you called to cancel? I had a babysitter booked that I have to pay for and couldn't take the chance of you calling again to cancel. Really disappointed.
