Came into the salon and there was a nice vibe I had high hopes. Went downstairs into the waxing room, the towels on the bed firstly were dirty I had to ask her to change them as I felt uncomfortable. She then started my Hollywood wax and this was the most painful wax ever she used gloves therefore she couldn’t grip the wax properly. She then took them off after I expressed the pain it was causing. This ended up taking over 2 hrs and I was completely unhappy still had hair left and not smooth.
